Travel/Hotel

Accommodation

All participants will be offered overnight accommodation at the Century Plaza Hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Event Location

Discussions will be based at the Century Plaza.

Meals

Meals, snacks and coffee breaks will be provided throughout the weekend. Dinner on the Saturday nights will be arranged and announced closer to the event.

Travel

All participants will recieve $100 CAD on every day (Saturday and Sunday) of attendence. This is to cover personal costs such as child care, local travel, taxis and other expenses.
